Erin M. KellyAssociate
Erin Kelly is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Scott R. Ames, P.C. She represents employees in all aspects of the firm’s practice, including litigation of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kelly worked for the firm as a legal assistant. Following law school, she worked as an associate attorney with an employee rights law firm in Washington, D.C. before returning to the Law Offices of Scott R. Ames in 2016.
Ms. Kelly graduated magna cum laude from American University Washington College of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as a Dean’s Fellow for the legal research and writing program, a staff member for the Administrative Law Review, and an executive board member for the Moot Court Honor Society. She also acted as a student attorney for the Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she represented indigent clients in a variety of civil claims. Ms. Kelly was the recipient of the Washington College of Law Merit Scholarship, the Mussey-Gillett Fellowship, and the John and Tyna Karl Employee Rights Scholarship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
